Dermitas Cosmo India ships to all the pin codes in India. We have partnered with the best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.

ORDER DISPATCH

Subject to events beyond our control, the product(s) will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of order acceptance. After dispatch, delivery is expected within 6-8 business days. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped. In case of any delays, we will notify you regarding possible updates.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking link to live track your order.

ORDER DELIVERY

Our logistics partners typically deliver within:

🚀 2-3 days for metro cities

📦 5-7 days for non-metro cities

However, in case of unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, delivery may be delayed. Please track your order using the details provided in your registered email.

Important Note:

🔹 A 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for OTP-based delivery, as required by our logistics partners.

🔹 Failure to receive the OTP may result in non-delivery, which is beyond our control.

🔹 If the package returns to our warehouse, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment, to be borne by the customer.
